How to Get to Birmingham from Manchester
The two easiest ways to get to Birmingham from Manchester are the train and driving. Both of these methods take a similar amount of time, and both offer benefits.
If you choose to drive to Birmingham, from Manchester the drive is straight down the M6, and picking up the M5 towards the end of the journey. For those who choose to take the train, several direct trains run between the two cities, and the average train ticket price is around £40 return.
