This section applies to all live courses, live mock examinations, workshops, revision events, webinars and other live educational activities delivered in person or online.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2.1 Cancellation by the Customer
If you cancel more than 21 days before the scheduled start date, you will be entitled to a refund of the fees paid, less a £50 administration fee.

The administration fee covers booking, administration and processing costs associated with the cancellation.
2.2 Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a booked course, mock examination or event does not entitle you to a refund, transfer or credit.
2.3 Course Already Started
Once a live course, live mock examination or live educational event has commenced, no refund will be available.
This applies regardless of the amount of teaching attended.
2.4 Transfers to Alternative Dates
Requests to transfer to an alternative date may be considered at our discretion.
Approved transfers will be subject to a £35 administration fee.
Transfer requests received within 7 days of the scheduled start date will not normally be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse a replacement participant where reasonable.
Where a suitable replacement participant is accepted, the original booking fee will be refunded in full.

– Course credit; or
– A full refund.
Where a full refund is provided, this shall represent our entire liability in relation to that cancellation.
We shall not be responsible for any travel costs, accommodation costs, visa costs, loss of earnings or any other indirect expenses incurred by attendees.
