A 52 year old woman gives a 3 day history of intermittent dizzy spells which often occur when she first wakes up and rolls over to get up from bed. They also happen periodically in the day and often when she is unloading the dishwasher. There is no history of hearing loss, otalgia, tinnitus or headaches. Neurological and ENT exam today is normal.
