A 62 year old man presents with loss of vision in the right eye which fully resolved over an hour. He is an ex-smoker and has a past medical history of Type II Diabetes Mellitus and Ischaemic heart disease. He is currently prescribed Metformin 1g three times daily and Aspirin 75 mg once daily. On examination, there are no focal neurological signs.
