Mrs Connor is a 35 year old female who reports a 24 hour history of progressive redness in both eyes and pain (worse when reading). In addition, over the last two hours she has also had flashes, floaters and photophobia. From reviewing her medical records, you can see three other similar presentations. She does not wear glasses or contact lenses. Past medical history includes Hypertension, Sarcoidosis and Pulmonary hypertension.

On examination you note bilateral conjunctival injection, poorly reactive and irregular shaped pupils and her visual acuity is 6/12 in both eyes. Eye movements are normal, there is no peri-orbital swelling and cranial nerves are intact. Her observations and cardiovascular/respiratory examinations are normal.
