Mrs Pratt is a 32 year old lady who saw the GP one month ago with a right sided facial nerve palsy and has returned today for review. She reports good compliance with prescribed medication and eye care. She informs you that whilst the symptoms of ear fullness and pain have resolved, her facial asymmetry persists (no improvement at all). There are no other systemic symptoms.
Examination findings are in keeping with ongoing right sided Bells palsy.
