Seema is a 37 year old lady with a past medical history of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Migraines and Fibromyalgia. She has noticed pain around her jaw (more on the left side) that radiates around her ear for the past few months. The pain is made worse when singing, talking, and eating hard foods. She has noticed an intermittent clicking noise when opening her mouth. On examination there is no obvious swelling or deformity, cranial nerves are intact and there is tenderness to palpation over the temporomandibular joint.

Given the likely diagnosis, which one of following options would not be recommended for management?
