A 72 year old lady presents with symptoms of dysuria, frequency and urgency of urination for the past 6 months. She has had several courses of antibiotics despite negative MSU samples and they have not helped her symptoms improve. She denies any haematuria.

Upon further questioning, she also complains of vaginal discomfort and dryness. She denies any PV bleeding and is not sexually active. She had a hysterectomy 25 years ago for menorrhagia.

What is the most appropriate management option for her?
