A 75 year old lady reports painful blurred vision in her right eye which started when watching television last night. She describes feeling nauseous since but has not vomited. Past medical history includes Hypertension for which she takes Amlodipine.
On examination there is a hazy right cornea and a minimally reactive mid-dilated right pupil.
