A 7 month old baby girl has had symptoms of vomiting and intermittent crying. Her mother has just noticed stools in her nappy which she describes as looking like redcurrant jelly.
On examination, she is showing signs of dehydration and lethargy, and there is a mass in the right upper quadrant of her abdomen.
