Tony is a 57 year old gardener who attends the GP surgery about an episode of left sided arm weakness which lasted about 10 minutes, and then resolved by itself. His wife was also present at that time. He is a known hypertensive but well controlled on medication and also on a statin. This happened three days ago and he is completely well now. His observations including his Blood pressure are unremarkable.
