An 18 year old female presents with intermenstrual bleeding and offensive smelling vaginal discharge to the GP. She admits to having unprotected sexual intercourse with a new male partner of 3 months. On further questioning she also admits to deep dyspareunia. On examination, her vital signs are stable but there is bimanual adnexal tenderness and cervical motion tenderness. After a lengthy discussion, she still refuses to go to Genitourinary clinic (GUM clinic).

Provided you ruled out pregnancy and took swabs whilst doing speculum examination, what is the best treatment option for her?
