Rory is a 32 year old bricklayer and presents with pain in his face that has been bothering him. He reports he is able to eat and drink comfortably but there is pain around the pre-auricular region and this radiates in various directions. He notices a clicking noise when chewing and his teeth are more sensitive on that side. There are no hearing problems or visual symptoms. Cranial nerve examination is unremarkable.
