Elle is a 4 year old girl who attends with her father who is quite concerned after he attended the local walk in centre over the weekend. He informs you that Elle complained of a sore mouth, reduced appetite and noticed a few red marks on the roof of her mouth. He also reported a slight fever but has been controlled with Paracetamol. She is normally fit and well. He is concerned as no treatment was offered by the doctor despite a diagnosis of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease being made. He is insisting on antibiotics or some form of treatment for Elle as there has been no improvement.
